At Carlisle Cavaliers, we ensure that all our pups come from health-tested parents. Parents are OFA heart and patella/knees certified. We also DNA-test for Dry Eye Curly Coat Syndrome, also called CKCID. This ensures that your puppy will not develop this potentially problematic condition during its lifetime. We test for Episodic Falling, or EF, as well. Since these are the most common genetic problems associated with the breed, you’ll know you’re getting a healthy puppy that can’t wait to become a part of your family.

Many of our dogs come from champion bloodlines and all King Charles Spaniel parents are AKC registered. We’re different from other breeders in that we do all we can to make sure the puppy you get from us is free of genetic defects. We even offer a health contract and a one-year guarantee for every one of the King Charles Spaniel pups we sell, and they come with an American Kennel Club registration.
