How to clear your browser cache
*Please note: this will clear ALL your browser's history

Safari
  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari → Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Turn on Show features for web developers if necessary.
  5. Choose Develop → Empty Caches.
  6. Return to the form and try submitting again.

Chrome
  1. Press Command + Shift + Delete.
  2. Select Cached images and files.
  3. Click Delete data.
Chrome / Edge / Firefox
  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
  2. Select the option for Cached images and files or Cached web content.
  3. Make sure you are clearing the cache rather than saved passwords or other information.
  4. Click Clear data.
  5. Return to the form and try submitting again.
Safari
  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps → Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Choose the appropriate time range.
  5. Confirm by tapping Clear History.
  6. Reopen Safari and return to the form.

Chrome
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots menu.
  3. Tap Delete Browsing Data.
  4. Select Cached Images and Files.
  5. Tap Delete Browsing Data.
Chrome
  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  3. Tap Delete browsing data.
  4. Select Cached images and files.
  5. Tap Delete data.
  6. Reopen the page and try the form again.
