How to clear your browser cache
*Please note: this will clear ALL your browser's history

Safari
  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari → Settings.
  3. Select Advanced.
  4. Turn on Show features for web developers if necessary.
  5. Choose Develop → Empty Caches.
  6. Return to the form and try submitting again.

Chrome
  1. Press Command + Shift + Delete.
  2. Select Cached images and files.
  3. Click Delete data.

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete.
